Green Opal Media is a female led video production SME and through the Women Inspire Network group in recent weeks it has been very refreshing to interact with other like-minded business owners online and in person.
We started a number of years ago by creating quality videos for the energy sector (events, promotional videos, training material etc). The timing was not exactly ideal as the economy was still in recession, but as you can appreciate, perseverance is the key.
Now the importance of video material for online promotion has become very significant with the growth of social media for business. In fact, 1/3 of all online activity is now spent watching video!
